Printed red Celebrate Awakening Music 25 backdrop with a radiating white triangle patternHintze Hall from above, 36 round tables lit in red under Hope the blue whale

The brief

Mark 25 years in one of London's most iconic rooms

Awakening Music, the record label founded in 2000, wanted to celebrate its 25th anniversary in style on 25 October 2025. The setting was Hintze Hall at the Natural History Museum: a gala dinner for 300 guests across 36 round tables, with speeches, a panel, presentations and an evening of live music, from acoustic sets and a grand piano to a full band.

The delivery

A bold red 25 that owned the grand staircase

We printed the large format anniversary backdrop in house, a striking Celebrate Awakening Music 25 mark on deep red, ringed by a radiating triangle pattern, so the brand colour carried right through the room. Set at the foot of the grand staircase alongside a 24ft stage, a 6m x 4m LED screen and red uplighting across the arches and columns, the artwork tied the whole hall together into one picture perfect backdrop for speeches, photos and the band.

Make the product range the hero

Everest Spices wanted every product category framed, lit and labelled on one full width display wall, wrapped in the brand yellow so the stand stood out from the far end of the hall.

The delivery

Printed, numbered and built for show open

We printed the header graphics, side panels and product bay surrounds in house on rigid board as one colour managed job, so the yellow matched on every panel. Each piece was cut, numbered and packed in build order, then assembled on site with integrated lighting and a planted border along the front edge.

The brief

Rooms you can step into

For The Stay brought the Hilton hotel experience straight to guests. The activation included a pillow wall, mirrored display boxes, armchair window scenes and branded counters, each designed as its own photo moment, all tied together by the Hilton blue, lighting and props.

The delivery

From pillow walls to Santa's Post

The project grew into a Christmas chapter with a log cabin world, a Santa's Post sorting office, a tartan lounge, fireplace scenes and a bathroom set, all printed and built in house then installed and dressed on site. With Principal Global Events we also built an escape room that flipped a Hilton stay on its head: a deliberately dated hotel with a wood panelled reception, retro bedroom and sitting room, complete with printed wallpapers, brochures and props. Our crew built and struck each move around the venue diary.

The brief

A lecture theatre made camera ready

Conference venues arrive as blank rooms. EDHEC needed the auditorium to carry both the Climate Institute brand and the London Climate Action Week identity on every surface the cameras would see. We printed fascia graphics for the full run of tiered desks, a wrapped lectern and stage front panels, colour matched across every piece.

The delivery

Fitted around the venue diary

Graphics were cut to the exact furniture profiles, applied overnight in the venue get in window and removed cleanly after the event with no trace on the joinery. On camera, the room looks as if it was built for the conference.

Own the venue from the street inwards

The brand had to be seen before guests even walked in, so we wrapped the whole crittall glass frontage in Just Eat orange. Inside, branded serving counters for food partners such as the Fika Dark Kitchen sat beneath a giant Just Eat house logo, cut from rigid board and suspended as the centrepiece.

The delivery

Printed, cut and rigged in house

Window panels were printed and applied pane by pane across the facade, counters were wrapped on site and the cut logo was rigged safely above the floor with the venue team. Everything came down cleanly after the event and the glass was clear again the same day.

The brief

A Park Lane launch with a Chelsea badge

For the London launch of Chelsea Residences by DAMAC, the brand had to hold its own inside The Dorchester. We built a full width step and repeat media wall in the foyer, flanked by illuminated plinths carrying the Premier League trophy and an official Chelsea FC shirt. Every print was colour matched to the club blue, and the media wall was printed seamless so logos read cleanly in every guest and press photo.

The delivery

From the foyer to the model reveal

In the ballroom, the illuminated scale model of the waterfront development sat on a bespoke branded plinth that drew brokers and investors the moment it was revealed. Walls, plinths and displays went in around the hotel schedule and were struck cleanly the same night.

The delivery

Sand, sea and print

Inside, floor to ceiling beach murals, sand effect floor graphics with Florida lettering and branded deckchairs completed the scene, with a VR corner for good measure. Everything was produced in house, built overnight in the station window and stood up to a week of rush hour footfall before it was cleared away.

The brief

A national stand at an international show

The stand had to carry the prestige of a government ministry and a strong sense of cultural identity. The design used a double height printed backdrop, overhead fascia signage and photographic story walls, with laser cut geometric patterns turning dividers and desks into part of the identity.

The delivery

Seamless from end to end

Backdrops were printed in matched panels for one seamless image across the full width of the stand, with fascia graphics, desk wraps and screen inserts produced in house and fitted at ExCeL. The finished stand, with its hospitality seating, video walls and lounge areas, hosted ministers and delegates throughout the show.

The brief

Several brands, one footprint

Keplin's house brands, including Kayman fitness equipment, Kidoola toys and QOVO kitchen appliances, each needed their own presence on a single stand. At the NEC Spring Fair that meant full height brand walls, printed display towers and product bays, with every graphic checked against a printed proof before the doors opened.

The delivery

Built to come back

For Glee Birmingham the stand became a garden, with a timber pergola, artificial grass, room set backdrops and a printed prize wheel to pull visitors in from the aisle. Because we print in house, panels are updated between shows instead of remade, which makes every repeat show quicker and better value.

A cabin world inside a hotel

The Metropole wanted more than a photo spot, it wanted guests to walk through a story. The idea grew into a log cabin with connected rooms: Santa's toy workshop, a Santa's Post sorting office with a pigeonhole wall, and a tartan fireside lounge with a fireplace and dressed tree.

The delivery

Printed surfaces, practical magic

We designed it in 3D, then printed the timber effect walls, tartan wallpapers, window scenes and dozens of styled props in house before installing it at the hotel ahead of the festive season. The grotto ran all through December with costumed staff, and every printed surface held up to thousands of excited young visitors.

Mantra city centre hoarding

A full site perimeter of panel matched hoarding, installed beside live traffic.

  • Panel matched artwork

  • QR code panels
  • Site compliant install
Read the story

The brief

A brand statement the length of a street

Mantra wanted their city centre site to work as a giant advert: one long, unbroken run of branded graphics, with QR codes sending passers by to the campaign. When one design runs across dozens of panels, the eye spots any change in shade, so we printed the whole run in a single colour managed session to keep the brand purple identical from the first panel to the last.

The delivery

Fitted beside live traffic

Our install team fitted the run alongside moving traffic, following site induction rules with RAMS supplied in advance. Panels went up in sequence to keep the artwork aligned at every join, so the finished hoarding reads as one graphic rather than a row of boards.

The brief

Marketing from the ground floor up

With the building above wrapped and under construction, the hoarding below had to do the selling: lifestyle photography, brand colour and letting information on one of east London's busiest shopping streets. The artwork wraps the full corner, panelled to turn the angle without breaking the imagery, with letting panels for the ground floor units built into the run.

The delivery

Tough enough for the high street

Street level hoarding takes a beating, so every panel has a wipeable laminate over exterior rated print. We installed around pedestrian barriers and shop deliveries without closing the pavement.
