Digital cutting

UV LED hybrid printing
Liyu Platinum Q3-XL
The Liyu Platinum Q3-XL is a 3.2m hybrid roll to roll and flatbed printer. Using UV LED curing, it prints straight onto flexible roll media like vinyl, canvas, wallpaper and banner, then switches to rigid boards like foamex, correx and dibond on the same machine, so there's no need for a second printer.
Print width: up to 3,200 mm (3.2 m)
Resolution: up to 2400 dpi with a 5 picolitre droplet for photographic quality
Media thickness: rigid and flexible substrates up to 50 mm thick
Print speed: up to 250–360 m² per hour
Inks: up to 8 colour channels, including CMYK, white and varnish
LED UV flatbed printing
Fuji Acuity Prime L
The Fujifilm Acuity Prime L is a larger-format LED UV true flatbed printer designed for high-productivity sign and display printing.
Print area: up to 3200 × 2000 mm (3.2 × 2 m)
Print speed: up to 202 m² per hour
