The brief
On 22 October 2026, AdPower brought its community together for an evening of presentations, a panel discussion and time to meet. The setting was the Mail Rail depot, the underground home of the old Post Office railway, with brick arches, steel columns and the little green trains parked just along the platform.
AdPower wanted guests to feel the brand the moment they walked in, and to keep feeling it all the way through to the talks, the bar and the DJ booth.
A blue route through the building
The branding started at the door. Printed welcome branding wrapped the low wall in the arrival space, a printed board greeted guests at the top of the stairs, and AdPower blue carried them down into the depot.
Inside, eight large foamex panels lined the brick walls with bold, confident lines like “Ready to meet your people?” and “You’re inventive. Original. Curious.” Printed edge to edge on our Fuji UV flatbed, the panels stayed flat and crisp against the old brickwork and glowed under the blue uplighting.

Print that got people talking
Not every piece was there just to look good. A freestanding printed pinboard invited guests to “Pin here” and leave a note, and guests soon covered it in notes. An A1 printed board on an easel guided people through the evening, and the DJ booth carried the AdPower logo in crisp white on black, right in the middle of the action.

Fitted around a working museum
Mail Rail is a museum by day, so every panel was planned around the venue’s surfaces and fixing rules, then fitted by installers during the build. Temporary graphics like these are all about the right material and the right fixing for the space.
The result
A community evening that felt unmistakably AdPower, from the first welcome to the last track, with the brand framing every photo, every talk and every conversation under the arches.
