Free file checks and print proofing
Nothing prints until it is right. Every job gets a free artwork check for resolution, size, bleed and colour, and we send you a proof to approve before anything goes on the machine.
What we check
- Image resolution at your print size
- Bleed, safe area and trim

- Colour mode, RGB or CMYK
- Fonts, spelling and cut lines
Why proofing matters
A photo that looks sharp on screen can look soft on a 3m backdrop. A logo that is right in RGB can shift when printed in CMYK. We can convert RGB to CMYK, but there is a possibility of colour change, so we always flag it before printing.
Set up your own file
Our free print guide covers 150 to 300 dpi, 3 mm bleed, a 10 mm safe area and PDF/X-4. If anything needs fixing, our design team can do it for you.

Is the artwork check really free?
Yes. We check every file for free before printing.
Will my colours change?
If your file is RGB we can convert it to CMYK, but there is a possibility of colour change. We will flag anything we spot before printing.
What file should I send?
A print ready PDF with 3 mm bleed is ideal. We also accept AI, PSD and high resolution JPG and PNG.
