Materials
Clear acrylic with printed or white-backed lettering is the most requested look right now. Foamex is the lighter, lower-cost option and is easy to prop on an easel. Frosted acrylic and mounted boards suit more classic styles.
Reuse after the day
Many couples keep their welcome sign as a keepsake, and planners hire theirs out again. Acrylic signs can be printed without the date so they work for more than one event.

What size is a wedding welcome sign?
600 × 900 mm and A1 are the most popular sizes. They're easy to read from a distance and fit standard easels.
Is acrylic or Foamex better for a welcome sign?
Acrylic looks more premium and photographs beautifully. Foamex is lighter and costs less. Both are rigid enough for an easel.
Can I collect the same week?
Yes. Choose super express and we'll have it ready in 24–48 hours, to collect from our Uxbridge studio.
