The brief
ARIS brought its 2026 Roadshow to London with one clear message: Let’s Get AI Working. The venue was anything but ordinary. Mail Rail is the narrow gauge tunnel that once carried the post under Clerkenwell, with curved brick walls, no natural light and a ceiling full of pipes.
The branding had to stand out in a dark, moody space, read clearly from every row of seats and look sharp in the event photography.
Branding that owns the tunnel
We printed the graphics and foamex panels for the venue’s branding areas, carrying the ARIS look of bold coral type, black backgrounds and a fine geometric pattern. Against the red uplit brick, the branding gave the tunnel a clean, confident identity from the stage to the back of the room.
Foamex was the natural choice: light enough to handle in tight underground spaces, rigid enough to stay flat and crisp, and printed edge to edge in rich colour on our Fuji UV flatbed. Shaped pieces were cut on our Zund for clean, accurate edges.

Built for a tight window
Mail Rail can only be used once the museum has closed, so the whole event was built in a short evening window, finished early the next morning and cleared within two hours of the final session. Every printed piece arrived ready to fit, with nothing left to trim on site.
The result
A one of a kind conference that felt every bit as polished as a city centre venue, with ARIS branding running through the tunnel and into every keynote photo.
