The brief
The couple wanted a reception that felt like stepping into a white marble palace: clean, bright and quietly luxurious, with gold accents that catch the light. The print had to match the venue’s grandeur and sit seamlessly with the flowers, lighting and staging.
A seating plan wall to remember
Guests were welcomed by a towering seating plan wall in soft white marble, with every name listed alphabetically under elegant headings and a floor plan of the ballroom so nobody went looking for their table. The couple’s names crown the top in fine script.
Either side, layered marble panels with gold mirror acrylic detailing step out from the wall in clean geometric lines, framing the plan like a piece of architecture and giving it real depth under the uplighting. Every gold strip was precision cut on our Zund, so the angles meet perfectly.
A dance floor fit for the ballroom
At the heart of the room, the dance floor was built from gloss white dance floor sheets, printed direct on our Fuji UV flatbed with the couple’s monogram in rich gold, big enough to read from every table. Under the gobo lighting it glowed, and the matching monogram on the screens either side of the stage tied the whole ballroom together.
The result
A reception that looked every bit as luxurious as its setting, with print that felt like part of the venue rather than something added to it, and a seating plan and dance floor that ended up in every guest’s photos.
