When a sign needs to look premium and last for years, it goes on ACM. We print aluminium composite panels direct on our Fuji UV flatbed and cut them on our Zund, for shop fascias, hoardings, safety signs and stylish brushed metal wayfinding.
ACM is a 3mm aluminium composite panel: two thin aluminium skins bonded to a solid core. It stays flat, resists dents and stands up to the weather, so it will not warp, rust or fade like cheaper boards. Dibond is simply the best known brand name for ACM.
Print onto matt or gloss white for full colour graphics, or let the metal show through on brushed silver, brushed gold, silver mirror or gold mirror for a high end look. Our hotel wayfinding signs, printed straight onto brushed silver Dibond, are a favourite example.
We UV print direct onto the panel on our Fuji flatbed, then cut it to size or shape on our Zund. Our own team can install your signs, from a single fascia to a full hoarding run.
