Wedding Seating Plans FAQs
What size should a wedding seating plan be?
A1 (594 × 841 mm) suits most weddings up to about 120 guests. For bigger guest lists, or a plan that needs to be read from further away, go for A0 or 700 × 1000 mm.
Can you print my seating plan the week of the wedding?
Yes. Our super express service prints in 24–48 hours. Send the final version as soon as it's ready.
Do you design seating plans?
Yes. Our in-house designers can lay it out from your guest list, or match an existing invitation design.
